Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management
These courses are perfect for anyone looking to strengthen and advance their management careers and achieve formal recognition of their management skills and knowledge. Some are also ideal for anyone looking to enter management who wants to give their CV and job application a boost.
At the lower levels, you'll learn about the basic skills and principles of leadership and management. The higher the level, the more managerial and strategic the learning becomes. We'll discuss with you your individual circumstances and agree the best qualification and level for you to take. As a rule of thumb, if you're new to management or aspiring to be a manager, you'll start at Level 2. If you have some managerial responsibilities, such as leading a team, then level 3 is ideal. If you're running departments or key functions, then Level 5 is most likely to be appropriate. If you lead a business or large department, you may find that Level 7 is right for you.
If you apply yourself, you can achieve level 2 or 3 in as little as three months but we recommend you set aside six months to be comfortable. Higher qualifications will take between 9 and 12 months, depending on your time and motivation.
