Who are these qualifications for?

These qualifications are perfect for people working in various roles in the hospitality sector who want to gain formal, industry accepted qualifications in recognition of their skills and knowledge. Qualifications range from Levels 1 and 2 (suitable for people new to the sector) to levels 3 and 4 (particularly suitable for people who have been in the sector for a while.) What will I learn?

This depends on your experience and job role. There are qualifications that introduce people who are new to hospitality skills and principles, and there are more challenging qualifications for those who are established in the sector up to hospitality management positions. We'll discuss your individual circumstances with you, and we'll agree together the best pathway for you to take that will support your career progression. How long does it take?

For most qualifications, you need to set aside around six months to give yourself enough time without too much pressure. You can go faster or slower and we'll agree the timeframe that is right for you at the outset of your course.

What will it cost?

With 30-plus qualifications on offer, we've tried to make the fee structure very simple:

  • Level 1 qualifications cost £300

  • Level 2 qualifications cost £450

  • Level 3 qualifications cost £600

  • Level 4 qualifications cost £750

All costs include registration and certification.
